Merry Christmas Kit

Here are photos of my ALDI cross stitch kit Merry Christmas.

It is a simple but nice design. I have red and green MADEIRA metallic thread

which I will use also for this kit.

Beach Huts Bookmark & Card

At the moment I am stitching a nautical bookmark 

and a little card for my Mum's birthday

Annette Eriksson Oars Kit

I have finished my second Annette Eriksson oars kit. 

I am not really happy about it. 

I added also some backstitches but it looks so boring. 

Any idea to pimp it?

Maybe to stitch the text welcome aboard??????

Anchor Kit by Anette Eriksson

Finished my anchor kit designed by Anette Eriksson. 

It looks like a sailor tattoo, or?

I added also backstitches without it was a little bit boring.

The fabric is glued into the hoop and is not very fine!

 I will glue some white felt on the back and then 

I will try to paint the hoop. I like grey.

Anette Eriksson Lighthouse Kit / Pillow

Last week I was bargain hunting on ebay uk. 

Bought me this Anette Eriksson Lighthouse kit for just

6 pounds (incl. shipping)! 

In the kit is the chart, needle, ready made pillow cover with backing 

and zip and navyblue thread!!!!!! The pillow is great front: 11 ct Aida, 

back: navyblue fabric.

My camera is not working so I used the photos of the lighthouse kit

 from A. Eriksson website.

On the other photos you can see some of my cross stitch 

projects which are in our rental seaside chalet (living room). 

This year I will stitch again little projects for it. 

I am not sure if I stitch the lighthouse on the pillow.....maybe I frame 

it in a hoop. 

I will not wash every week the pillow!!!!!

X-Mas Jam Jar Covers

I have stitched 2 jam jar covers.

In my family we have homemade xmas presents

(not very big ones....). I think they look nice which homemade jam!
The kits are not very complicate to stitch (only wholestiches!).

Walking on the Beach / Part 1

At the moment I stich an Anette Eriksson kit.

It is a stamped front cushion cover.

The kit contains the fabric (half linen/half cotton), 

needle and thread (3 colours).

It is a really relaxing stiching (I have not to count!!!).

A Birthday Card for Paula / Margarete Sherry's Cat and Mice Cards - Part 1

I have stitched a birthday card for my little niece Paula.

Paula loves cute animals and characters so Margarete Sherry's 

design is perfect for her.

In the kit there is material for 2 cards.

I will stich the second card for Emma's birthday in April.

A Bebunni Birthday Card for Emma

I have done this cute Bebunni card for Emma's 7th birthday.

It was a free gift by "The World of Cross Stitching" magazine.

Stitch count: 41 high x 36 wide

Design area: 14 HPI 7.5 x 6.5 cm

I stitched also her name and decorated the card with a little button.

This little beach hut was my first cross stitch project in January 2015.
