Hello,

Here is a little update of my summer holiday project.

As you can see I have not stitched a lot.

I was busy with my online course "Principles of

 Team Leading" for my new job.

I hope to finish this course in 2 weeks….

and than I have time to stitch evveryday!!!!!!!

It looks so that this summer project is more an autumn project.

this is a handmade birthday present me. 

Designed by Emma Congdon.

I really love handmade presents - 

it is so much personal than buying somthing!

I stitched it over the Easter Weekend in Bredene (Belgium). 

I framed it in a 7" and decorated with an orange/red 

pompom-garland from Action.

Telephone Box

Here is a photo of my telephone box designed by Emma Congdon.

This was the last part of the Emma Congdon's Stay in tough serie.

Maybe I will add it on an address book or I will sew a phone case.

Letterbox - part 1

At the moment I work on Emma Congdon's letterbox chart.

The letterbox belongs to the stay in tough project 

(Cross Stitcher Magazine July 2017).

I will stitch also the 3. chart. A red telephone box.

Hope I have enough red threads.

I use DMC 321, 666 and 815.

Finished my first big Emma Congdon cross stitch project.

I will frame it in a light-blue or white picture frame.

It is for my Dad's 75. birthday in November.

I am not a fast stitcher. The magazine says 35 hours for it.

Stay in touch - Part 2

Hello,
Here is an update of my Stay in Touch project.
It is really relaxing to stitch. I have done a mistake with the keybord 

and so I have to pick the heat, the facebook logo....

But that is cross stitching.

Monogram Necklace Kit

This monogram necklace kit was my 3. cross stitch project.

It was a free gift by the Cross Stitcher magazine.

Design size: 3.5 x 3.5 cm

Now I have to buy some interfacing to finish the necklace.

Maybe also some beads.....
