Hello,

Here is a little update of my summer holiday project.

As you can see I have not stitched a lot.

I was busy with my online course "Principles of

 Team Leading" for my new job.

I hope to finish this course in 2 weeks….

and than I have time to stitch evveryday!!!!!!!

It looks so that this summer project is more an autumn project.

this is a handmade birthday present me.

I really love handmade presents - 

it is so much personal than buying somthing!

I stitched it over the Easter Weekend in Bredene (Belgium). 

I framed it in a 7" and decorated with an orange/red 

pompom-garland from Action.

Mini Birthday Card

Yesterday I have finished a little birthday card.

I have a lot of free kits (magazine kits) which I really don't like!

So I use only the material (aida, card....). 

This is what I have done with the patchwork cards kit - 

Cross Stitcher Magazine 252.

I have stitch a little mini card.

I have finished my 2. vintage seaside postcard.

I have only to add a bead (I have to learn how to stitch French knots!!!!!).

I changed a  little bit the chart. I stiched 2016 and not 2014 (postmark).

I really like the postcard!

Vintage postcard- Life is a beach part 3

Here is the next update of my second nautical postcard.

Some weeks ago I bought some fabric, pegs and a photo frame.

I will cover the back of the frame with the light blue fabric (with tiny white dots).

I stitched also some tiny nautical charts designed by V. Enginger.

I will display them betweem the postcards.

I can use them also for my little nautical dollshouse beach house.

Crazy for.......- Laundrette project part 5

Hello,

I have finished the half of my squeaky clean charts!

I am really pleased about the result.

I really like the bright colours on the rustic aida fabric.

Of course I will also stitch rest of Lucie Heaton's designs!

Here is an update of my spring cleaning project.

Dustpan, hand brush and the hoover is nearly finished!

I am not sure about the blue (hoover).

Crazy for ..... - Laundrette project part 2

Here is an update of my laundrette project.

For the  backstich I used 2 strands and for the apron, 

feather duster and the washing up liquid 3.

I will stitch everything in very bright colours.

I am not sure about the apron. 

For the apron I used a purple variation thread.
